When your schedule doesn't allow for running reasonable distances what do you do? Well, I just start running not so reasonable distances.
Like one(1) mile at a time. The only difference is I do it two and, sometimes, three times a day.
Add several sets of sit-ups and leg lowers to your multiple single miles and you get a fair workout on a day when you probably wouldn't have done anything at all!
