Back on the Chain Gang
I've just burned through another week of my vacation allotment and I'm sitting at my desk at work wondering where the time went. Here's a quick inventory of a few places we visited:
- Port Dover: Good food and great weather for a lazy day at the beach.
- Hewitt's Dairy Bar. You can't go to Port Dover without stopping for ice cream at Hewitt's, its just not right.
- Bronte Provincial Park. Caitlin loves the petting barns and the many different play areas and we like that its just 20 minutes from downtown Hamilton.
The best part was just being together as a family unit for once. Between my commute to T.O. every day and Tricia's shift work there isn't much time for just being together and enjoying each other's company.
