As alluded to earlier today I postponed my morning run due to unseasonably cold weather. Today is the end of my first four weeks of training and excuse me if I'm a wee bit proud. I know there is a life time of work ahead but for today I'll just enjoy the anticipation of running my thirty minutes tonight and the posting of my new schedule which also needs to be worked on tonight. I'm a busy little you know what!
