Its almost the end of January which can only mean one thing, out of the rut and into the groove as February whooshes in to bore and depress us all. Much like last night's Super Bowl. On the plus side I was able to get some good runs in this past month although the past week or two has been quite challenging with all of the frigid weather and slush. I completed my first sub 50 minute 6K last Thursday shaving 1.5 minutes of my previous best.
On the weight watch I'm very pleased to announce that I'm back on target at 246 lbs. Thats actually .5 lbs ahead for those keeping score.
