I'm feeling the need to keep a running journal in the same way that I keep a record of my weight loss. Part of me thinks this would be good to measure my success in more concrete terms over a longer period of time. The other part of me dreads that running will become more like work and the guilt of missing a run would be compounded by the guilt of not logging it in my journal.
