I've just returned from the Bay and Bay 5K and I'm happy to report that I had a kick ass time! Everything went cool and froody. My thanks to the Phils, Marc and Jackie for making this race great and for inspiring me to get off my ass to run in the first place. Thanks to Tricia for taking the snaps and Angela and Lester for cheering us on.
